New Website

A special bulletin from the Sea Dogs’ front office!  Later this afternoon a newly designed website will be launched.  Check it out at

We would love to hear feedback from everyone!  Can’t wait for opening day!

Favorite Part of Spring Training…

Is watching former Portland Sea Dogs make appearances in the Major League games.  When I try and switch the TV to NESN at my apartment to watch baseball in March, I get a nasty look from my girlfriend. But, to put myself in her shoes, I can understand.  Why would anyone want to watch pre-season baseball? I just love seeing Lars Anderson, Ryan Khoury, Mark Wagner, Dusty Brown and so many more get into action.  On Saturday March 6, the Red Sox had a split-squad day – their outfielders for the travel squad included: Josh Reddick, Ryan Kalish, Bubba Bell and Daniel Nava.
We all love baseball for different reasons and I’m sure we all have different reasons for loving this game in March.
Enjoy spring training!

Almost Here

We’re less than 50 days until the Sea Dogs begin the 2010 season against the Phillies in Reading.  I love watching spring training baseball because it allows me to see former Sea Dogs play in the big league games.

Look forward in another great season on the radio and seeing many of you at the ballpark.
