Now that’s a Major start after the break

With the All-Star game over, and the season quickly reaching 100 games, the Sea Dogs will start their roadtrip in New Britain with a few familiar names.

Manny Delcarmen, who has been sidelined since July 1st with a right forearm
strain, will make the start for Portland and pitch the first inning. Delcarmen is 2-2 with a 4.59 ERA (17 ER/33.1 IP) in
33 relief appearances with the Red Sox this season.  Outfielder Jeremy Hermida is expected to be in Portland’s lineup tonight as the designated hitter.  Hermida has been sidelined since last month with fractured ribs.  I saw the highlight of the injury today, and it strangely looks like the same play as Ellsbury.  Now what are the chances that Adrian Beltre would be invovled in two collisions, leading to Ellsbury and Hermida both going on the disabled list.
