Game 18: Sea Dogs (4-13) at Binghamton Mets (8-7)…Humber former B-Met
The Sea Dogs have dropped three straight, 6 of 7, and finish their four-game series in Binghamton on Sunday afternoon…Pretty crazy to be in the same town where Phil Humber pitched in 2005-06. At dinner last night, nobody in the restaurant knew who he was – that would never happen in Portland. They know all their former Sea Dogs. If things don’t get harder for the Red Sox, they face Humber on Thursday. I still can’t believe the Sox game, but it’s still a long season. For those who say yesterday was a season-killing loss, you should stop watching baseball. Sorry to be so harsh, but the drama is getting a little bit too much. (Below are lineups)
