Portland has won series victory this season, taking 2 of 3 in New Britain on April 23-25.  Today, the ‘Dogs can win their second series of the year.  Righty Billy Buckner (0-2, 4.50) makes his second start of the season against New Britain…Righty B.J Hermsen (0-0, 1.29) takes to the hill for the second time in Double-A…Hermsen began the season in High-A Ft. Myers, posting a 1-0, 0.78 ERA in 4 starts.
