WRAPPING THINGS UP: The Sea Dogs seek the series win in the finale of their four-game series against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) on Monday afternoon…Portland owns the best record in the league and has won 18 of their last 24 games…Knuckleballer Steven Wright joins the Sea Dogs on a Major League Rehab assignment, making his first appearance since the International League Governor’s Cup Finals on September 11, 2013…RHP Keith Couch follows Wright as the piggyback starter.
JUST TOOK ONE: CF Kenny Wilson delivered a two-out RBI single in the sixth inning, as the Fisher Cats beat the Sea Dogs 1-0, taking their first game of the series…LHP Brian Johnson took the tough-luck loss, despite seven strong innings (tied a career-high) on four hits, one walk and two strikeouts…LHP Richard Bleier (3-4) worked five scoreless innings of relief to earn the win…RHP Randy Boone worked around a two-out single in the ninth inning to earn his second save of the year…DH Sean Coyle and RF Peter Hissey each had two hits for Portland, who went 0-for-10 with runners-in-scoring position.

EXACTLY A MONTH: The Sea Dogs lowered their team ERA to 3.36, the lowest since it was 3.34 on April 25th…Portland has committed only one error during the series and has a .980 fielding percentage, tied for the best in the league with Akron and Bowie.
